RULES AND PROCEDURE OF VERIFICATION/TECHNICAL CHECK OF
EXPORT OF CERTAIN WOOD PRODUCTS BY SURVEYOR

REGULATION OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE ONRULES AND PROCEDURE OF VERIFICATION/ TECHINCAL CHECK OF EXPORT OF CERTAIN WOOD PRODUCT BY SURVEYOR.

Article 1

Hereinafter referred to as:

(1) The verification/technical check of export of certain wood products as meant in Article 1 must be implemented by a surveyor appointed by the Minister of Trade.

(2) For the verification/technical check as meant in paragraph (1), Registered Exporter of Forestry Products (ETPIK) must file a request to the surveyor within not later than three (3) days before date of verification to the surveyor in the form of Form of Request for Verification of Export Goods (PPBE) completed with:

(1) Result of verification/technical check of export of certain wood products implemented by surveyor shall be written on:

(2) LS or LHP shall be issued by the surveyor within not later than forty-eight (48) hours after completion of verification and or monitoring of loading into the containers.

(3) In case LS or LHP is not issued within the period as meant in paragraph (2), ETPIK may file a petition, in writing, to the Director General of Foreign Trade.

Article 5

(1) One (1) LS may only be used for one (1) complementary document of Export Manifest (PEB).

(2) ETPIK must submit photocopy of PEB to the surveyor within not later than two (2) days after it is given loading approval by the Directorate General of Customs and Excise.

Article 6

The surveyor must submit report on implementation of verification/technical check of export of certain wood products every month to the Director General of Foreign Trade, in this matter, the Director for Export of Agriculture and Forestry Products in the form of hard copy and electronic data.

Article 7

This Regulation is valid from the date it is stipulated.
